Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and The Hills International ("the Club", "we", "us") for the use of The Hills Insider. By using the app you accept them.

Who may use the app

The app is for members of the Club who are 18 or older. Accounts are issued by the Club — there is no public sign-up.

Your account

Your sign-in details are personal to you. Keep them to yourself, and tell us at hylowcs@gmail.com if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the app, to mislead other members, or to obtain Miles dishonestly.

Miles

Miles are a membership benefit, not money. Specifically:

• Miles have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, and we will

not buy them back.

• Miles cannot be purchased. There is no in-app purchase in this app.
• Miles cannot be transferred, given or sold to another person.
• Miles are earned as the app describes — from deposits recorded by the Club,

and from completing Journey and Quest activity — and are spent on classes, rewards and the Club's partner tools.

• There are two balances. Circle Miles come from deposits and can pay for

services but not for rewards. Rewards Miles come from your activity and can pay for both. Where a charge can use either, Circle Miles are used first.

• Miles do not expire and neither balance has a maximum.
• We may correct or reverse Miles that were awarded or charged in error. A

reversal returns the Miles to the same balances they came from.

• If your account is closed, any Miles are cancelled.

Circle tiers

Your Circle follows the total deposit the Club has recorded for you. It can move down as well as up if that total is corrected. Circle decides which of the Club's benefits are open to you; those benefits may change, and we will say so in the app when they do.

Classes and events

Booking a class may cost Miles. Cancellation and refund follow what the class says when you book it. Attendance is confirmed by scanning the QR code at the class — please do not scan on behalf of someone who is not there.

The Club's partner tools

The app gives access to THISystem, an analysis product. Using it costs Miles at the rates shown in the app, deducted as you use it and visible in your Miles history. If a request fails, the Miles for it are returned.

Education, not advice — and trading involves risk

This is the most important section in this document.

• The Club is an education business. Everything in this app — classes,

learning material, analysis tools and anything a mentor says — is for education and information only.

• Nothing in this app is financial, investment or trading advice, and

nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. It is not personalised to your circumstances.

• The app is not a broker. It cannot open, change or close a position, and

it does not hold your money. Your trading account is with a separate company under that company's own terms.

• **Trading carries risk, and you can lose money — including more than you

first put in.** Past results, whether shown in the app or described in a class, do not predict future results.

• Quests that involve trading reward the learning habit, not the outcome. We

do not reward profit, and nothing in this app should be read as a reason to trade more than you intend to.

• Decisions about your money are yours. Take independent advice if you are

unsure.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the app available and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Information may be delayed — figures that come from your broker generally reach us the following day.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for decisions you make using information in the app, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change the app and these terms. When a change matters we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the app at any time and can ask us to delete your account from Settings, or at https://insiders.thehillsintl.com/legal/delete-account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where The Hills International operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
